Biography: Jesse Norman is a Conservative M. P. for Hereford and South Herefordshire. He was educated at Eton and Oxford, and is the author of Compassionate Conservatism (2006) and The Big Society (2010); he writes frequently in the press as a prominent theorist of conservatism.
